· The customer must first obtain a return authorization by contacting Ski Tube Direct via email at support@skitubedirect.com

· Ski Tube Direct will refund or credit the value of the merchandise and any taxes charged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

· Circle the item you wish to return on a copy of your original packing slip or email confirmation and indicate a reason for return.

· Please provide a telephone number or email address so we may contact you.

· Ski Tube Direct cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used or soiled.
